Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, CUSTOM MANUFACTURING, AND DISCLAIMERS

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

  • Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Policy (All Sales Are Final): All our wallpaper products are custom manufactured and printed to order based on the specific dimensions, measurements, and choices provided by the customer. Except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy (such as for products that arrive damaged), all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once production has commenced or an order has been delivered. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to ensure all ordering details are correct.

  • Color and Printing Disclaimer: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, because computer monitors and mobile device screens display colors differently due to varying RGB profiles, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will perfectly match the physical CMYK print. Minor color and shade discrepancies between screen view and final printed wallpaper are standard industry anomalies and do not constitute a defect or grounds for replacement/refund.

  • Measurement and Installation Disclaimer: The customer is strictly responsible for providing precise wall measurements (width and height). We strongly recommend adding a standard safety margin (waste percentage) to your dimensions. Zeyrek Design LLC is not liable for incorrect wall measurements provided by the customer, insufficient ordering quantities, improper installation methods, wall prep failures, or any damage incurred during the installation or hanging process.

SECTION 6 - RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Zeyrek Design LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). We are not responsible for delivery delays, packages lost in transit by the carrier, or theft after delivery, except as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS (RIGHT TO CANCEL)

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If we cancel an order due to a structural pricing error or system glitch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all custom patterns, artwork, wallpaper designs, motifs, logos, texts, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Zeyrek Design LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, altering, distributing, or commercially exploiting any artwork or design found on this Site without explicit, written contractual consent from us.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or websites.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website.

Except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and grant non-waivable rights, any legal actions or disputes arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
